The Honey Blonde

Our flagship and European Beer Star Gold medal winner is a fresh and natural blonde beer that has been brewed with honey. We use honey as an ingredient, as is traditional to this beer style, rather than as an additive. This means that much of the sugar is fermented out so only the aroma and flavour remain.

  • 4.5% ABV
  • 6, 12 or 24 x 330ML Bottles
  • Serve Chilled between 5 and 7c

The Honey Ale

Hiver specialises in honey beer and we use only British ingredients and suppliers to produce our craft beers. For this award-winning fresh and natural honey brown ale we ferment raw blossom and heather honeys to complement and add depth to darker roasted malts. A light hop bitterness finishes a flavoursome and unpasteurised brown ale.

  • 4.5% ABV
  • 6,12 or 24 x 330ML Bottles Per case
  • Serve Chilled at around 7c

The Artisan English Lager - 4%

Fabal is inspired by England's rich heritage of skilled craftspeople and smiths.  

To give this delicate lager its clean, dry finish we look to artisanal maltsters for our key ingredient, pressed and malted English barley.

Eye: pale yellow/ champagne 
Nose: Lovely soft and fruity nose, hints of apple blossom
Taste:  Clean and refreshing, with a dry finish

Pair with salty bar snacks, as an aperitif or alongside a seafood platter or lobster.
